Sorry I don't understand when you say "This is from Lab 2a"? What is "this"? Your screencap says Lab 2b on it:
If you click on where it says how to fix it, it will tell you that your data is messed up and the only way to fix it is to abandon that account, get a brand new one and redo parts of 1b and 2a so you can start 2b fresh.
It sounds like you are trying to "redo" 2a now and probably trying to create something that is already created but that doesn't work. You can't create two things with the same name. That's probably why it's telling you that you can't save something, whatever it is. It's saying you can't make two of the same things with the same name.
That happens when you try to just redo stuff. It doesn't work. You actually have to follow the instructions given where it says "click here to see how".
