On step 30, I found out that the data wasn't importing, and I only had 3 meetings and not 13. In the email it sends back, it says "Meetings failed: 10." What am I doing wrong?

Data Fright II: Like Deja Vu All Over Again
I can't tell from that error message. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's happening but be sure to let me know when you've done them. I won't do anything until I hear that you've completed these:
Log in and click on you name (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 Year and click Save
