Meeting Attendances tab doesn't include exactly the fields/columns it's supposed to (Steps 142-143) in the correct order
I continue to get the error code saying I need to fix it. I did run the code before in the control console.

Ok, so yes, what you're showing looks correct but here's my guess. If you had a typo when you first created those fields and then you went back and fixed it, you probably only fixed it in the Field Label which is what humans see, but not what the system sees. When you set the Field Label, as you create a field, the Field Name is then set based on what you typed in the Field Label. If you corrected the Field Label but not the Field Name also, then the Field Name still has a typo and the grader can only see the Field Name.
If that's the issue then you need to go back to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting Attendance > Fields & Relationships and click on each of those 3 fields, Contact Name, Address and Email and see if the Field Name is correct and if not, then correct it.
Then rerun the scoring routine and refresh the page to see the updated errors & scores and this one should be gone.
