For steps 122-143 the information displayed is not matching up with how it should be.
When I go through and make the meeting attendances for Julia and Anu, instead of displaying the Mountain View addresses, it pops up the Palo Alto CA one for both, and therefore when I create the filter for addresses containing "Mountain View," nothing shows up. How can I resolve this? Thank you!

It sounds like your Meeting records got connected to the wrong Pitch records somehow. If you do these 3 steps, I can access your account, find the mixup and get it back in order:
1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
