Contact your sales administrator login issues
I keep getting a message when I log in that my username or password is incorrect and that I might need to contact my salesforce administrator and I do not know who that is. I am also confused because I just made this account and I know the information I put in is correct.

Oh, no. Well if you can't get into the account at all, then you just have to abandon that one too and get another new one and catch up again to where you were. You already have the instructions on how to catch up a new account, right? And I can give you another promo code so you won't have to pay again - just email me again at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com.
BTW - 3a and 3b don't depend on what you did in the labs before that. So one option is to forget about 2b and just do 3a and 3b in a new account. That way you don't need to mess with catching up. You can start 3a fresh in a brand new account.
