Hard to tell from your screencaps but are you sure you're not skipping Step 12 (which was NOT in the previous steps for importing Pitch records in Lab 1b). The step is how Salesforce matches the incoming Meeting records (via their Pitch ID values) to the Pitch IDs of the exisiting Pitch records. The error messages you're showing look like that's at the heart of the problem.

On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
