When I go to advanced formula there is not a contact name option to select, how do I go back to add this in
Well you were supposed to add the Contact Name field to the Meeting Attendance object in Steps 83-85. Maybe you added it to Meeting instead?
Go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting Attendance and Fields & Relationships and then do Steps 83-85 (but just Save not Save & New bc you're just adding the one new field.
Then after that, Contact Name should show up in 98
