Won't give me Contact Name bar
I have tried to repeat the instructions multiple times and used two different internet browsers. It keeps giving me this same thing. There should be a drop bar here under Contact Name

Yes, I have allowed cross site tracking/third party cookies. I just double checked as well. I have also completed those three steps for you.
