I am stuck on step 13/14.
Once I drag the file and click on next it does not show a perfect match between the Meeting object’s field names and the column headers in the .csv file on the edit field mapping: meetings page.

It sounds like maybe you've already gone past that step once and you're going back and trying it again? Like trying to redo everything due to some other problem from a later step? If so, that doesn't work and can make things worse as noted on the cover page. Way better to fix whatever was looking wrong right then and there - redoing doesn't work.
Is that what you're trying to do? If so, let me know why - what was the actual problem that lead to you try to redo stuff.
If you're not redoing but just doing it for the first time, send me a screencap showing the problem and also do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
