Every time I go through the import from step 17, all 10 of the records that were processed fail. I've been through the FAQ for this issue, and none of the suggested attempts of solutions were successful (Like fixing the date format). I would greatly appreciate any other potential fixes to my problem as this has caused me to become behind in my class.
