I don't know why this happened, when i see the solution i it said i need to redo the lab1b and 2a. But i got 100 on both 1b and 2a.18 Views

Probably there was a warning message from Lab 1b telling you that your Pitch record IDs were messed up and it is important to fix it before going on to 2a. You can still get 100 on 2a but the Pitch IDs need to be right for the import in 2b. If that gets messed up too much, you can't do 2b properly.
But I will take a look at it for you first to see how you can avoid redoing. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
