Issue with step 6
Hey I can't download the file without opening the file. When I try downloading the file after I open it and then import it onto sales force, I get an error message. Also if I do "Save link as" I get an error message when I try to import it. Is there a way to download this or can I just manually put the information in?

must be a browser setting. maybe download a new free browser like firefox for that part.
