After I downloaded the file it will only download for excel. It won't download any other way. Then when I go to find the file it won't showup.

After I downloaded the file it will only download for excel. It won't download any other way. Then when I go to find the file it won't showup.
Well, if you downloaded the file, it's there on your computer somewhere, even if Excel opened it automatically (that's a setting you can set/change). It's probably in a folder called "Downloads". As long as you didn't save it when Excel opened it, then it still should be ok but you do have to find it so you can drag/drop it or you have to click on CSV on that Salesforce screen and it will open a file-finding popup for you to navigate to the file. See if you can search and find it.
