Step 20 on Lab 1B
Step 20 asks that we use the app launcher to select the marketing app, I do not see this app. I see the Marketing CRM classic app, I did not think this was the same thing. What should I do to find the app?

earlier, Max said that she was just referring to the marketing CRM classic app as the marketing app throughout, just for short. So yeah, that’s the one.
Purchased the 19.99 Lab1b, I input my payment info it did not redirect me to a install page or any pop up.
I tried it once and paid and it left me at the link activity and never redirected me. I did it again and it repurchased again but again did not redirect me. Is there anyway I can install the Max pitch package?

Yeah, that is answered in the Help FAQ which is linked off the cover page of the lab. Go under Lab 1b and then Step 150 and you'll see the solution there.
