I am not able to delete "Pitch (r2)" when I press the drop down button on the right. Also, I already deleted the original Pitch object that they asked me to

Sorry this turns out to be a bug in the new grader app version we just released. Just ignore Pitch (r2) for now. It won't hurt anything. Soon we will release a new corrected version of the grader app and you can uninstall this one and install the new one without losing anything and it will fix the Pitch (r2) issue. But meanwhile, just ignore it and continue and you'll be fine, ok? Sorry for the confusions.

In your screencap, I can see you're trying to import some other file that is not "MaxzPitchDataFile." Your file says something about "imports of goods and services", etc. You need to download the exact file "MaxsPitchDataFile.csv" and import that.
