Doesn't allow me a option to group Rows by this field, which doesn't allow me to add a chart from steps 106 - 109
Well, it's hard to tell without seeing a screecap as requested above, but my guess is that you missed a step somewhere so try canceling out without saving and then redo the steps carefully and it should work. Computers are super-picky and you have to follow each and every step correctly to make it work.
