Records Processed and Records Failed
Hi there, for the Records Processed and Records Failed section, the instructions stated that my page needed to say 10 Records Processed and 0 Records Failed. However, for mine it says 10 Records Processed and 10 Records Failed. I think this later affected Step 48 as no clients showed up in my "Pitch Everything" section. As in the entire section on "Pitch Everything" was empty. I would just like to clarify this.

Yeah, so I checked it out and that's the problem. There's no good way to fix that so but it's easy to workaround. You'll need to get a brand new Salesforce account, using Max's instructions, including selecting United States for the country, ok?
You won't need to redo 1a. You can just start at Step 5 of Lab 1b and go from there. That will include installing Max's Pitch Package again but you won't need to pay again. Just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll reply with a promo code you can use, ok?
When you get the new account, just make sure you choose a new username and always log into that account with that username. (The Welcome email contains a custom URL for logging in. Use that to log in to be on the safe side so you don't get the accounts & pws confused.)
BTW - You will also need to install the grader again in the new account.
