Lab 1b

I have a serious problem with this lab. When purchasing the downloadable spreadsheet i entered the wrong email that is associated w salesforce on accident. For whatever reason, i was completely unable to edit this after making the purchase. So i decided to buy it again to correct it (admittedly i was thinking “surely there’s no way we actually have to pay real money to do a homework assignment, that would completely ridiculous and borderline immoral. Theres no way broke college students would be charged enough to buy them two whole meals just tp do one homework assignment ” which I now will never make the mistake of again). There was an unexplained error with that purchase (which obviously led me to think that logically i would not be charger- wrong again) so i tried it a third time to finally enter the correct email. I am now out $60 for this one single assignment. I have literally no idea what to do about this, and this is obviously unacceptable as i simply can not afford to loose that $60, let alone $20. This feels like an absolute scam and I am furious to even be charged $20 in the first place for this. Please let me know what i can do to get a full refund of at the bare minimum $40.
