Paid for program but not installed
Hey there,
I paid for the program and followed all the steps to install the program. But when i start next steps in saleforce like step 18. (Then, click the Add right-arrow to move Pitches over to the Selected Tabs window.). I cannot find this option because it shows me this text: This is a standard app. You cannot customize its label or logo.
I made all payments properly, followed all steps for installing and logging Saleforce, and also kept every tab open properly, but yes, step 13 (Just click Done & then you’ll see it there on the list of installed packages that appears) doesn't appear to me because after installing it directly takes me to Saleforce login. Please assist me. How can I fix this error and install everything properly if not? I really don't want to start from step 1 and pay again to re-install if it did not.
