Problem with importing CSV file in step 36



I was trying to import the csv file but it failed.

At the top of the cover page it says:


Critical! YOU HAVE TO DO THIS FIRST TO AVOID PROBLEMS: 1) Click the character icon in the top right corner to get a popup & then click Settings under your name

2) On the left-hand menu, under My Personal Information, click Language & Time Zone 3) In the center of the screen, set the Locale menu to "English (United States)" & click Save
