Lab 1b package purchase error
Hello,
I am a student and for my class I have to complete Max Labs. As I am working on 1b I have to purchase the Pitch Package. After I paid and clicked install. The page says “Insufficient Privileges”. I attached an image of that. I even got an email confirmation for my payment. In the instructions for the lab it says after installing it I am
supposed to see “ Install Max’s Pitch Package” back in SF tab. But I can’t see that either.
My lab is due tomorrow so can you please help me with this issue?

Yes, I replied to your email. Now I see your screencap here, thanks. I still suspect it's a browser issue/setting. Try another browser when you use the promo code I emailed you and let me know, ok?
