Help Requested with Step #20
Hello. I am stuck on step #20 because I can not see the menu that is shown in the instructions. It should appear next to the setup menu, but for some reason it is missing. I have attached a screenshot of my screen. Additionally, there is another error with the Salesforce Home page, the icons are not loading correctly and it is difficult to navigate. I would greatly appreciate help with either issue. Thank you!

It sounds like you may have gotten the wrong type of Salesforce account - the "beginner's account" but I can't tell for sure without seeing the Setup Home page you said was loading weirdly. Did you not use the link Max gave for getting the account?
