I can not get my Max Lab grader to down load and every time I retry a screen pops up saying, "The package can't be installed. There are problems that prevent this package from being installed."

I can not get my Max Lab grader to down load and every time I retry a screen pops up saying, "The package can't be installed. There are problems that prevent this package from being installed."
Well, it would help if I could see the screencap of what you're seeing but my guess is that you may have gone to the Salesforce homepage and gotten the 30-day free trial account instead of following the link that Max gives you in Lab 1a (page 2). If so, that account won't work. You'll need to get a new one, using Max's instructions, for the rest of the labs. I can grade your 1a manually if you email me your username and pw to tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and then send me the verification code they send you when I try to log in (probably tomorrow).
