Downloading Max's Pitch
I paid for the download and it said it would take awhile to download. It said I should receive an email once it is downloaded. I still do not have it and cannot get past step 18 because I do not have the new 'Pitch'. How long will this download take? Is there anything I can do to speed up this process?

I paid for the installation but it didn't prompt me to another screen that told me to download, nor did I receive an email, can something be done?
