Simulation 1b step 23 Issues
While trying to complete step 23 I experienced an issue. It says to click the link below to download the material from the google doc. When I hit the link the new browser appears and says "403. that's an error. We are sorry but you don't have access to this page."
If you know of any step I may be doing wrong or a setting on my computer that could fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it!!
