Cannot Change Time Zone to Correct Lab 1b Import Issues

Hello,

I ran into an issue in Lab 1b where only 2 out of 10 records processed. I quickly found a solution on the help forum telling me to make sure my time zone was in the United States. However, when I try to go to the Language and Time Zone tab on Salesforce, it tells me there is an "internal server error" and I cannot access the tab but I can call them for more info.

I don't know how to fix this bug if I can't change my time zone, and I am not sure if it is a site error or I am doing something wrong that is causing the Language and Time Zone tab to not open. I checked my internet connection and retried, and it is just blank with the error notice. I need help, I can't do what the packet says without the records.

Oh, thanks for the prompt, clear & detailed explanation! So it wasn't an instructions issues then, it's that your time zone got changed somehow by Salesforce during the import. Really weird. But great work on your part getting that figured out and getting all 10 records in there.

As for the grader, I suspect it's confused by the different IDs. It's something we should adjust in the code so I'd like to access your account and make some records of what's happening to guide us on the fixes. Also, I can generate at 100% certificate for you and send it via email.

So if you do these 3 steps, I can access your account and generate your cert:

  1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

  2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

  3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com when you've done them and I'll reply with your cert attached. Thanks!
