Lab 1b Issue.

Starting with step 1-4, it keeps saying that my pitch tab is not deleted, even though I have tried to re-delete it multiple times, and afterward, it just comes up as "page not found". After that, I have several other issues where it is telling me to go back and fit work that is already there. Like telling me to add a "pitch everything" tab and a "Bad!" comment. The work is already there, but my score is bad. I ahve tried to refresh the grader page multiple times and check my work like normal. I also have 100% on lab 1a, so im not sure why 1b is so messed up early on.

Yeah, I know what's happening. You initially skipped Steps 1-4 for some reason so you didn't delete your old Pitch object that you made in Lab 1a.
Then you continued on with the Lab 1b steps and installed Max's Pitch Package which includes a new Pitch object.
So then you had two Pitch objects and some of the work you were doing was being done in the old one and maybe some in the new one.
The grader looks at the new Pitch object only and it's not seeing the work that you say you did because you did that work in the old Pitch object.
This confusion is what we are trying to prevent when we ask you to delete the old Pitch object in Steps 1-4 before you install Max's Pitch Package.
I'm not sure why you're unable to delete the old one now except maybe you are selecting the new one to delete. The new one can't be deleted because it was part of Max's Pitch Package. Look here on the screencap you submitted -
See the two Pitch rows? The one on top is the old one. It says "Pitch__c" in the 2nd column. That's the one you should be deleting.
The one below says "Maxz__Pitch_Package" in the 2nd column. That's the one you are supposed to do the work in.
Try deleting again, making sure you're choosing the top one. If that still won't work, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and fix it myself and let me know when you've completed them:
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
