Thanks, Kaitlin. I accessed your account and found that everything was working except for some reason you had deleted the P-000 record. So I restored it from the recycle bin and it's there now just fine.

But now you have repeated the import steps so many times you have 50 records instead of 10. So to get the rest of the lab to work properly you'll need to delete the extra forty that you imported, starting with P-009 and going on down. So you should be left with just P-000 thru P-009 in the end.

To delete records, go to your Marketing App, then your Pitches tab and then select the Pitch Everything view that you had made. Then you can see all the PItch records. For each one, on the far right (scroll over), there is a downarrow you can click to get a Delete option. Unfortunately, you have to delete each one individually. Sorry about that.

One you have deleted the extra forty records, you should just be able to pick up with Step 47 where you left off. But always be sure to read and follow each instruction carefully and then you'll have no problems. And read between the instructions too, so you understand why you are doing this stuff and it will make sense to you.
