Can not see the pitches tab anymore

I have deleted my pitches list I wanted to remove something that wasn't useful but now i can not see the pictches list i reach the step 62 and notice that i did something wrong so I tried to go the previous step I lost all my work

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
