I closed my laptop and left off on step 79 and now I do not know how to retrieve my project, also it is not allowing me to make a new report

You need to get back to the Marketing app. Use the App Launcher again -- the "hamburger" with the nine dots -- and select Marketing and you'll see the reports tab then
