The grader gives me 0 points
The grader gives me 0 points, so I deleted my Lab 1A work and restore it by following instructions from support. Then reflash grader page, but it still show me 0 points. Unfortunately Some parts of my work have been lost after restore it.

Yeah but it shows 62%, right? Not zero. And in your screencap, I can see you have errors and they tell you what’s wrong and how to fix if you want more points Computers are very picky. But if you read and follow every instruction correctly, you get 100%!
