Ok well there's 2 explainer videos on the grader app info page. One is a short one and one is longer. Have you tried watching those and just following along? They show everything step-by-step.
If that doesn't help let me know, ok?
Unable to install Grader
I need help ASAP. I'm behind on work because I can't install the Grader app. I keep getting this. Please help.

you’re getting that message because you already installed the grader app. You only have to install it once and then you can use it as many times as you like.
Picking up where you left off is very difficult
I would rather start over and this site is making it quite difficult I am disappointed in how this is not an easy fix. this should be simple

Sorry yeah tech can be frustrating. Best bet it to take your time and make sure you do each and every instrution and get each one right and then there should be nothing to fix.
But if you desribe to me what you think needs fixing and show me a screencap of what you are seeing, I should be able to figure it out for you and make it an easy fix.
