First step

On the first step it says there is a drop down by create. I do not see anything like it. My screen looks completely different, like it says in the first step. I logged out and logged back in like it says several times.

Ok, if you see it says “Switch to Lightning Experience” on the upper right, click that. If not, then click the little gear icon on the upper right and select “Setup” and that should get you into the right place.
