Lab 1A
I completed all steps for 1A but when I checked my score it said I only completed the first 10 steps. I then accidentally generated the certificate so it says I only have 3%. How I can I go about resolving this issue.

Oh! You said you had added all those fields and completed all the steps. Maybe you named the object something else other than Pitch? Computers are super-picky. You have to follow each and every instruction precisely, exactly correctly to make everything work right.
Send me you username and pw and I'll log in and see what got messed up.
