I'm guessing you may have inadvertently gotten two Salesforce accounts. Check your inbox to see if you can find 2 Welcome emails from Salesforce. This can happen when you're first getting your account and you click Submit and then wait awhile and decide to fill out the form again and click submit again. The you wind up with two accounts and some of your work is in one and some is in the other. That's why Max stresses that you should be patient and wait for the email to come and not try again.

If you DON'T have 2, then something else may be going on but it's hard to tell because your screencaps are not showing the whole Salesforce screen. You can try emailing me your username and pw and I can log in and take a look: tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
