Mobile Login Not Working
Login and password not working on mobile even though it is correct. I have completely restarted the lab with a new username and email and it is still not working... Does anyone have any clues?
I tried resetting the password with the first email but it never sent and then with the second email I failed my security question, even though I know it was right.
Anything helps! Thank you!

You might have gotten multiple accounts with the same password but different passwords.
I can help but for now, you can get 100% without doing the mibile steps.
