BTW I see "Service Setup" on the upper left in your screencap. That means you're selecting the wrong thing in the menu with the gear icon on the upper right. You're supposed to select "Setup" not "Service Setup". Those are two very different things in Salesforce. Computers are very picky. You have to do everything exactly right. Be sure you select "Setup" from now on to save you lots of trouble down the line, ok?
