Salesforce internal server error when editing app layout
It ain't workin, chief. I've looked around and it seems like there's nothing I can do. Is this something I can fix?

That's crazy. Ok, so first, are you sure you set your browser settings as shown at the top of the cover sheet?
Even if you did, maybe try a different browser, like Firefox, etc that you don't already have and set those settings too and try.
