login issues
Hello,
I need assistance logging into my account because I forgot my password. I clicked forgot password and they sent me to a security question where they asked me what city I was born in. Once I entered the city I was born in, Salesforce has the gall to tell me I'm wrong and proceeds to lock my account for 24 hours. Please help reset my password before my assignment as soon as possible. My username is phillip.q.nguyen@sjsu.edu.
