App Login Issue

when trying to login to the sales force app, error message appears:

OAUTH_APPROVAL_ERROR_GENERIC


this is for an iOS device. please help.

Hmmm...yeah, I think I may have seen this once before. It seems like it had to do with the network. Like I see you are on some WiFi. It's possible the network isn't carrying the protocol level needed for secure communication that Salesforce enforces. Can you try turning off your WiFi on your phone and using your carrier network, eg ATT or T-Mobile instead and see if that helps and let me know?


BTW - the mobile steps are purely for your own benefit - they don't factor into your grade so if you can't get it to work, you won't be penalized. But I hope you can because it's very cool and useful to experience that part too.
