Security asnwer
I forgot my password, and I clicked on to reset my password. Then it asks for security answer, but when I type my answer it says it is wrong. Now, my account is locked for 24 hours.
who can i reach for this issue?

Well, that can be hard to resolve. Salesforce doesn’t usually provide support for these free accounts that we use. You may need to abandon that account and get a new one. and start again. If you were already finished with 1a and for your grade certificate, you won’t need to redo it. You can get a new account and start at Step 5 of Lab 1b.
