Look in your inbox and see if you have more than one Welcome email from Salesforce. If so, you have more than one account, probably both with the same username. Look inside each email. Each one has a custom link to use for logging into just that one account. Use that link and try logging in. If that doesn't work, try the link in the. other email. When you find the one that works, always use that link for logging in from now on. Then, also use a different browser from now on so your browser doesn't remember the other account and autofill stuff from it.
