Well only Salesforce itself has access to your username and pw. Was it working before? Did you forget the pw? There is a pw recovery option but sometimes you won’t get the reset email from SF because it can look like spam and get filtered. If you can’t get back in you can abandon the account and get a brand new one - you’ll have to set a new username for the new one. Just use the same link that Max gave you.
