Unable to Retrieve Previously Saved Data

I am encountering an issue with the Custom Object page submission. I initially filled out the form but couldn't proceed due to technical difficulties. When I revisited the page to complete the process, I received an error message stating that the object name 'pitch' was already in use, even though I had saved the information previously. It appears that the information was not saved, and I am unable to proceed with my submission. I have tried re-entering the data, but the system continues to display the same error message. Given this, it seems like the information should be saved somewhere in the system. Is there a way to access the previously saved information? I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

Yes, once you create something in Salesforce, it is there until you delete it. So the message is telling you that you already created the Pitch object. It is there. You can find it by going to the Setup gear on the upper right and clicking it. Then click Setup. Then on the new page that appears, click Object Manager on the upper left. It will show a long list of all the objects that are already in Salesforce. They are in alphabetical order. Scroll down to find your Pitch object and click it to open it and edit it from there. You can add fields, change the page layout for it, etc. at that point, ok?
