Yeah, so there's two possibilities. Either you skipped the steps where you were supposed to create Pitch Date. Or you created it but you clicked too quickly through the Next, Next,... part. Remember when Max said it was important to click through those slowly? That was to make sure those pages you were skipping got a chance to fully load and execute their code, part of which turns on their visibility to the rest of the Salesforce screens. If you clicked through too fast that time, then the Pitch Date field got created but didn't get a chance to fully load, execute and turn on Pitch Date's visibility. The easiest way to fix that is delete and make it again, this time going slowly enough to let the code load & execute when you clicke Next, Next...
So go to Setup and then Object Manager and then Pitch and then Fields & Relationships. If PItch Date is there, delete it. Then do the steps to create it but click slowly through the Next, Next... part so the pages fully load & execute.
Then when you go back, it should show up and you can fill it in, rerun the scoring routine, refresh the page and your new scores should show up.
