Log in Issues with my SalesForce
It says that I have already created an account using my school ID but I haven't done so. I went through the recover my password portal but was given a security question that I have never answered before. I never created an account yet it says I have. I was told to contact someone via the help forum. Please let me know what to do here. Thank you (email: majdz18@my.yorku.ca )

I will email my professor asking to use my personal gmail instead. However, I. do recall being told to only use our school email as it's associated directly with our school portal. I will get back to you tomorrow with an update. Thank you
