Well your screencap confirms what I said before - you definitely got the wrong type of account. You got the 30-day free trial account which will not work for these labs. That's why we put the warning in bold red all-caps font on the cover page and in Max's instructions. You have to follow the link she gives to get the right type of account.
Computers are super-picky so you need to take your time and read & follow all the instrucitons carefully and then you will have zero problems, ok?
So at the top of Page 2 of Lab 1a is where Max is explaining how to get the account and she gives the link there.
