Help with Screenshot

I forgot to show my name in screenshot #2. I already downloaded the package and deleted the last pitch from the first lab. Is there any way I can still get the same pitch?

Yeah, I think I can help you with that. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and let me know when you've done them, ok?


  1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

  2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that

  3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
