

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Well I suspect, when you were creating the template, you tried typing the field data placeholder rather than copying and pasting like the instructions say and you made a slight error typing the last name placeholder. Go back to the template and edit it. Make certain every single character is the same as shown. Then add the lead again and you’ll get another email that should be correct.

Just the same way you did it before. Try searching the instructions PDF for “template” and go from there.
That did not work, is there another way ??
Ok, do these steps so I can access your account and find the mistake for you:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Well those were the steps that he did so I could access his account and see what was wrong. Those steps don't fix the problem. Anyway, I do have access to your account now so I can take a look. But what is your issue? Is the name not showing up? You have to make sure the template has exactly every character that is shown in the instructions, including the exclamation point "!" in the right place. See if you have some character out of place - if so you can just edit to fix and save. And then add the leads again and see if that fixes it, ok?
I have checked the characters and nothing seems out of place. I input my email into Riley's but I don't receive her emails

Ok, I corrected the errors you had made in your templates and your lead assignment rule. Now redo Steps 102-127 to generate the new correct emails.
Computers are very picky so you have to get everything right for things to work. Be sure to follow all the steps exactly on 3b to avoid issues again, ok?
But i had problems in 3a, where the first name does not show. Did that show up ?
Add the leads again. like I said, by repeating those steps, and you’ll get new emails that will be correct now that I’ve fixed your mistakes.
