Hello, I am turning in three screenshots, however my second screenshot doesn't say "Kyle Reese" in the middle. Instead it says {Lead.FirstName} {Lead.LastName}. Any help?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, so in your template, I can see you didn't copy/paste the fields that SF generated for you but you must have typed them in yourself and you didn't notice the "!" that SF uses to designate that those are fields from the database, rather than words you want to appear in your email. Yours shows {Lead.FirstName}, not {!Lead.FirstName} so SF doesn't recognize is as a placeholder for the data from the record. Instead it thinks you want to embed that literal string "{Lead.FirstName}" in as part of your message.
To fix, just got back and edit your template and put in the exclamation marks and save and then re-add the leads (Step 102-127) and then the emails should show properly.
