Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
It's fixed now. When you created the field Mobile, you clicked through Next, Next & Save too quickly. It didn't give those intermediate pages a chance to fully load & execute. One of the things they do is turn on "visibility" for the field to each of the roles within the organization, including you as the System Administrator. So even though you could see it in Setup, you weren't authorized to access it through forms, importing, etc. I turned on the visibility for you so it'll work now. But next time you create a field, click thru slowly so those pages can load & execute fully, ok?

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
